19th March 2013 – 25th March 2013

There will be a lobby of Waltham Forest Clinical Commission Group to present the petition on Saving our NHS by We are Waltham Forest onWednesday 20th March 2013 from 2pm till 6pm at the Score Community Building, 100 Oliver Road, E10.

There will be a nostalgic night of dressing up and dancing with DJ Jerome Anderson and music from the 40s, 50s and 60s. Friday 22ndMarch 2013 at the Trades Hall, 17 Hoe Street. Vintage clothing, bingo and a raffle. 7.30pm till 11.30pm – £8 in advance – visit the website for more information.

Walthamstow Village in Bloom 2013 launches with the ‘Spring Clean’ run on Saturday 23rdMarch 2013 from 10.30am. Gardening, clearing rubbish, painting and sprucing up to get involved with – suitable for all ages and abilities. Meet at the Village Square. Free picnic lunch for all volunteers too!

The Holy Family Spring Table Top Sale is on Saturday 23rd March 2013 from 1am till 1pm. 1 Shernhall Street, Walthamstow – with refreshments and homemade cakes for sale. Too book a table email the Friends of Holy Family Catholic School or phone the office on 020 8520 0482.

There will be a Wide World Music Night on Saturday 23rd March 2013 will feature Afreeka with East African vibes. Waltham Forest Cycling Campaign are holding a ride to Trent Park to see the fields of Daffodils on Sunday 24th March 2013 from 9am at the Walthamstow Library. 20 to 24 miles, bring a packed lunch or money for the cafe. For more details visit the WfCycling website or contactRobert by email.
