Yesterday Stella held a reception for allotment holders across Walthamstow at Parliament.

Over 50 people from more than a dozen allotments were brought together to discuss how the different sites can work together to support each other in the future. Waltham Forest has more allotments than any other London borough.

Shadow Energy Secretary Caroline Flint also popped in to talk about the contribution allotments can make to reducing energy use and leading a more sustainable lifestyle.
